In order to
HOLD your place at Altitude-Camp.com, we will require a
1 Week Deposit if you will be staying for 1 or more weeks.
For athletes staying 1 week or more, you must
RECONFIRM your plans
14 days prior to your check in date. At that point, the balance of
your camp fees will be due. If you decide to
CANCEL your stay at
that point, you will be entitled to a
100% refund of your deposit.
If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before your check in date, you
will receive a
50% refund of your deposit. And, if you cancel with
less than 7 days before your check in date, we will be unable to
refund any of your deposit. We must enforce these rules because of
the demand for our services and the expenses we have in planning for
your arrival.
All financial transactions will be invoiced through the
secure
PayPal Invoicing System. We will never have access to this sensitive
data. Each time a payment is due, we will issue a PayPal Invoice.
This invoice will arrive from PayPal via email. It will link you
directly to PayPal and to your detailed invoice from
Altitude-Camp.com The PayPal invoicing system will provide you with
a multitude of ways to pay your invoice. It will also allow you to
pay without having to be a PayPal member. Once we receive
notification from PayPal that an invoice has been paid, we will
email you with our own confirmation message.
